In existence for over 20 years, Sennse is a communications and consultancy agency that puts its expertise and skills to use in the general interest. The company has developed proven expertise in mobility, environmental, housing and infrastructure projects. Sennse advises regional public and private actors on these issues and also designs and helps implement communications and consultation strategies. To do this, is relies on a solid network of partners to meet its customers specific requirements.

We opted for Bleexo after conducting some market research

“Operating for over 20 years in a market with very few expert actors, we can use our positioning, our long-standing experience and our expertise to accompany project owners in their infrastructure projects.

As a services company, people are our core focus. We need teams that are smart, committed and cohesive.

As Chairman, I am responsible for our agency’s strategy and its development in the short and medium term. I chair the management bodies and am generally in charge of supervising the HR function for the entire agency.

Very mindful of the quality of employees’ working lives, we used to do the odd survey internally, but these were skewed by the lack of trusted third-party platforms and required significant processing.

We therefore decided to acquire a tool that would enable simple and regular feedback from our teams, a tool that could provide us with an overview of the agency in terms of the quality of employees’ working lives. The aim was to ensure that everyone could express themselves in a transparent manner.
